  1. Sure, there are two options. As Allykat said, it's possible your EV codes added up to an illegal amount, likely due to some unknown prior effort points on the Pokemon. But also, as someone else mentioned, the Nature changing code does affect the PID, which will automatically mess up your Pokemon's legality. So you should breed/catch/SR for the nature you want, be careful if you plan to use the EV code, and never use the nature code. And thanks for the tip about the IV modifier, that's great! I'll check it out soon.
  2. Are you sure? Allykat claims that the IVs this gen aren't tied to the same process that determines the nature/gender/coloring of the Pokemon, so they don't mess up the PID. The IV marking codes should be fine. In fact, I tried this out by changing the IVs of some Pokemon on a Black cartridge, and I was able to get into a couple Random Matchup wifi battles with them. Unless Random Matchup doesn't use the same legit-checker that general wifi does, the IV codes seem to be safe. That said, there must be someone who has seen or heard of an IV marking code that marks to a number besides 31. A few posters in this thread have tried manually editing the hex values, but they say it didn't make a difference. If anyone knows how to achieve a non-31 IV marking code, it'd be cool if they'd mention it here.
  3. I've confirmed the following stat codes to work for Pokemon Black version, but they don't work on my copy of White version. They'll either have no effect on the stats or they'll freeze the game. Would anyone be capable of translating them to White version? Cheers. Edit: Or, if easier, simply direct me to where a White version set exists? EDIT2: Nevermind, went out and found it myself. How empowering!
