@ Lt. Surge don't forget Dive in B/W. Just Like Fly, WTW has no effect with Dive, however you can WTW while underwater, i think.

just wondering if anyone has made a random level encounter for wild pokemon yet? i know a random encouner for wild pokemon was made, but i'm not sure for levels. also is it possible for a random encounter for wild pokemon find any pokemon, instead of just final forms? also, thanks KyoMcFizzle. those re-battle codes sound interesting. i'm definitely gonna use the victini one. infinite Victini captures, cause i has Liberty pass
