yes you do need a computer to update the firmware on the Action replay cartridge itself or it wont work . (idk what is the prob then if not that)

It has a name of ?????? -.- and the OT is ????? -.- and it has no place where it was originally caught, it has ----- lol. So if you want to accept this code for now you can. Well i exactly dont know this is the Info the Code states to do in order for it to work. But when i press L+R the first item in the bag does not switch to 467.So im guessing its not working properly and i put the code in corectly i commited to codes a few times to make sre it was there but it still does not work Press L+R. The first item in your bag now changes to an amount of 467. Discard a few until you reach the desired value of the move you want, then press R. TM17 now changes to that move. Messing with the Ivs through the code would make the pokemon Illegal (making them not able to be used in Random Wifi Battle), so if your just gonna mess with em you might as well use Pokegen ( pokegen tells you the resulting type of the Ivs) or Pokesav so create the Ivs yourself.
