can anyone help me? i need a Groudon from soul silver to unlock razquia(sorry my spelling sucks) on my heart gold. does anyone have the code, or be able to make the code?

since the action replay thread is closed i'll make my request here. can someone tell me how to take my save from the games card to the computer to make codes from it/alter parts of it?
