Yep, I also tested that out on my Acekard 2i. Apparently, the Japanese Save Files work perfectly with english roms. That stupid forum poster:mad: But, excuse my previous posts, they are now irrelevant thanks to new proofs.

Hmm.... That is odd. When I used my Japanese SoulSilver Rom Save and put it on my English ROM, it didn't work. I assumed that it was region friendly and saw that on a couple of sites. I'll find the sites and post back here later. But wouldn't you have to convert the save file's region? I mean Japanese game doesn't completely work with the US DSi features, so i assume the save file doesn't work either. Once again I will post the forum that I got it from.

Sorry, but you will not be able to mix save files from different roms. If you have a Japanese Save File, it will not work with the actual english version. I found that out some time ago on a different forum. V10 should be released soon, but don't pressure Koolyade to finish it before the english release.
