The game doesn't let you get experience without the EXP Patch. So you should probably get it. ;]

Ok well, running r4sdhc running wood r4 1.13 It boots, but it freezes whenever I try to save. Running the newest patch on pokemon white.

I'm having some sort of saving error "Error, save file not found" When using ysmenu. I converted a save that I had on DSEMUME that worked before the patch. =/

Hello everyone, I'm having some trouble, and sorry if this is in the wrong place. After messing with the english patch I got it working on my r4sdhc running r4 wood 1.13, but I can not save. I tried loading it through ysmenu, yielding the same results. Anyone have any clue why?
