Bad PID - you have IVs 28/25/7/17/2/22 while PID is for 17/2/22/27/19/29 IVs AND it's Ultra-Rare GBA PID, not NDS one. For your IVs (28/25/7/17/2/22), type 2179938429 PID (Naughty nature, if you want it different play on your own ) Now my problem, any idea why legit (obtained from Wonder Card) WCS shiny Eevee is marked as Hacked/Unknown? I've made few other event Pokemons that way and never had the problem.

They can be the same but it's like getting same numbers in 2 lotteries in a row. ID and SID are 2 different things and if either is different than player it's marked as traded. Factors that determine traded/not traded are gender and game origin. Also check if date of obtaining isn't before you actually started to play.

You have entered incorrect PID. When I checked it with IVPid I got totally different IVs and source was marked as Rare from GBA. Remember that PokeSav PID generator uses like 7 or 8 algorithms while only first 2 are correct (most of the time).
