@ZeroManArmy Thanks for that. I've got another question, does the PID rule apply only to gen 5 pokemon? Like if I was to create a Garchomp in Pokegen v3, would the PID rule apply or do I select method 1 despite it being created as gen 5?

^That's fair enough but whenever I select the 'Method' box, Pokegen MAKES you select an option so how do you leave it blank?

Hey, I'm new to the whole concept of using pokesav so it's actually my first time using this. I'm trying to make a copy of my Tyranitar from Emerald (just to get the hang of it). The one thing that has me stumped is Secret ID, I have no diea what that is, or if it's of any importance. Another detais is that I don't have pal park unlocked on Diamond, so would that cause any problems?
