So I have a code for IV/EV check, press L for IV; R for EV. The problem is that my L button is broken and I can't isolate the L trigger in the code as it doesn't seem to be the one that I'm used to seeing. I have trouble getting the Heatran code to work. I tried pressing Start+Select, while entering the room, and releasing once entered. I also tried pressing it once, and then releasing, and entering. Is there something I'm missing? Edit: Nevermind, it was just finicky. After about 15 tries it ended up working, no idea why it didn't earlier.
