GMT -/+ (Hours) means how far ahead or behind are you of the Greenwich Meridian Time. Calculating the time behind or ahead the GMT would be finding the hours of the meridians like how you would be finidng the degrees at the angle of an analog clock.</p></p></p></p></p>

Togekiss doesn't have much pictures, I believe there's only like around 3 the others are all hand-drawn which aren't so good to use in sigs...
