  1. Um, you don't NEED an Arceus... It's also tourney illegal... And... All it would be is for bragging rights so... The request seems kind of... Oh never mind. I still ain't doin' it. Free bump.
  2. I'll answer your questions in a random order... *cough If it's not from the original game, it will have the whole "apparently received/caught/hatched/met" shtick for the summary, that's just how the game works. If it's on the original cart, with the correct ID/SID/NAME/Trainer Gender, then it won't have the "apparently" before anything. Trading is best if you don't want too much of a mess. I haven't dealt with ROMs, but I wouldn't risk it. How to make legit: 1) If it's shiny, you need to use the IV generator (found on this site's homepage in the download section) to get the correct PID/IV set for a ID/Secret ID combination. 2) Make the pokemon seem like it hatched from an egg if it's shiny or not. Having it hatched from an egg makes the IV/PID irrelevent and makes the pokemon pass for legit, shinies should still have the "correct" PID for it to come out half decent. 3) Max IVs are possible, but don't go overboard. The average Pokemon has about 110-130 total IVs. If your pokemon is bread (hatched) it is more likely to have higher IVs. Pokemon in the wild rarely have IVs over 25 and they don't amount to much unless you're really lucky. So again, this is why you should make the Pokemon seem hatched. 4) Proper move-set and ability. Always use legit ability/moves. Anything unlegit will raise a red flag... This is pretty obvious. 5) Proper skill setting. There's something in the nature/gender selection of the pokesav that says class 1 and class 2. That's basically saying ability 1 and ability 2. For example: Togekiss has two abilities. Hustle and Serene Grace. Hustle is 1, Serene Grace is 2. I want Serene Grace, so I put it to class 2. You can find out which skill is which by looking on http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/ 6) After inputting IVs/EVs/Level, go to the stat editing section and click "All Max" to make it legal. Don't tick any of the other boxes, since those are unneeded. It sounds kind of complicated, but it's not really that hard. If need be, you can follow this thing I put together for a friend. This is how you make ALMOST any legal Pokemon for a Heart Gold(or Soul Silver if you change the region). The 44h-445h values are for the Johto Day Care Couple, while the 46h value is for the location the egg hatched (which is Goldenrod City in this case). The 86h value is for the ball it was found in, and it should always be 04 if it's a hatched pokemon IF it's from HG/SS. Making a pokemon in Platnium does NOT require you to mess with ANY hex values, so if it's not for HG/SS, then you don't need to do all the extra stuff. The rest of the stuff IS needed, however. As for your PID, make sure you click "generate PID" after you set EVERYTHING for your Pokemon. This isn't needed, but I guess it's just like a cherry on top.
  3. 1) IVs are permanent and can not be change once set. Any hatched Pokemon will come out as "legit" even if their IVs are unbelievable or if their PID is not matching. Also: Putting your pokemon in an egg does NOTHING besides keep it in an egg. All the information set beforehand will stay set, and it'll make your pokemon come out as hacked. Instead, just say it hatched from an egg, and leave it at that - it's more believable and passes the test if you do this. 2) EVs are also permanent to some degree. Once you set them, they'll stay there. If you use berries that decrease base stats (kelpse berry, etc) then the EVs for that particular stat will go down. If you use vitamins, the EVs for that particular stat will go up. It's best to max out your Pokemon's EVs before making it, though. If you DON'T max EVs and hack a Pokemon, that's kind of pointless...
  4. Nevermind, I found the answer. If anyone's interested, here it is (for heart gold only, sorry~) 94000130 FCFF0000 B2111880 00000000 E0000544 000000EC 876A110C 5B2C0000 2B06CADD 68BC1B73 9EA963FF 010B5024 E2586178 6AB39F19 8502813F 9DFA304B 3E3D1CF3 A0F1C999 8B61925F 77D7D7FC 69CE9E16 6B4E59FC 8BC72BBE 6A5FFAB9 FFC7603F CEE3FF0E 70C51AF2 970BE452 9FFA5920 65FA2F0C 8FA2AD36 35FEC56F CA8F2EB3 5CE54CCA B6ADB59C 20E8FD75 04CBF4D6 7DB7BA4A 86FB5A1F 27EA9548 23D834A3 5C3047C5 2F0B6397 AC8783EB 6ABA6D1C 5EA9B894 CCA10E7F 37AD3B20 34B1EEC5 6DDC0165 CEFF9A09 AFCE0B01 796754DC C6C7657D EC1D1DCB 37193FC2 AAA96FF7 82C6C0CC 01339AE4 F268959C 9200C390 08556A73 373CE2C7 01FDC33C 3CF954B5 00000000 200000A4 00000006 D2000000 00000000 The Togekiss' nickname is Annastra, but it's totally legit and such. It appears in the sixth slot of your current party, so make sure you have 5 pokemon before pressing R+L ...
  5. Legit checker isn't 100%/it's probably too perfect for the checker to accept/etc.
  6. Don't you just need the item? Why do you need the pokemon Jynx?
  7. I heard somewhere that pokemon from Coliseum/XD need to have the fateful encounter box checked off, is this true? I'll also post the AR code for a "legit" togekiss w/ tri attack if anyone's interested.
  8. Technically, it can have the same PID. However, the chances of having TWO Pokemon with the SAME PID is probably harder to find than a shiny. I say this because there are multiple PIDs for the same set of IVs... And again, finding a pokemon that's exactly the same as another is suspicious... However, no one would actually check that far into the Pokemon, so you can have the same PID without any problems arising.
  9. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?7898-A-Few-Simple-Pokesav-Related-Questions-for-HG-Codes Some answers were made here, it helped me out. You may want to take a look to get a better handle on how to make pokemon appear like they're from HG/SS/make them your's/etc. Next, make sure you're using the NON COMPACT version of HG/SS Pokesav, otherwise the codes won't work. You should be able to copy and paste the code into the AR, without typing much.
  10. I don't exactly understand your problem there, PewpewFiah. Are you saying you made a Pokemon, but it treats it as if it isn't your's (was traded), that probably means your SID/ID are incorrect for the Pokemon.Does it say "apparently met/hatched" somewhere? Screenshots would help, but I'm sure someone could answer your question better than I ever could. >_>
  11. Shinnies require specific PIDs, and the better their IVs are, the narrow the choice of PIDs become. I'm also fairly certain that there are NO legit perfect PIDs out there... Which would explain why my perfect IV pokemon in game (hatched legally) come up as hacked in the legit checker. I think the game leaves room for situations like this, but it only likes to operate in a more normal zone. Basically, you're going to get "hacked blah blah blah" for a perfectly legal and legit pokemon from time to time. It's sort of like the mystery zone of the game, I guess. No one is suppose to even access it/see it, but it's still there. I'd help you out, but I REALLY hate making legit legendaries, because they never turn out right (so says the legit checker). Hell, they rarely turn out legit for uber pokemon I CATCH in the game.
  12. Well, the Dialga is understandable, considering no pokemon can have perfect IVs in the wild. It is possible to get perfect IVs if you were to make the pokemon hatches. It takes a bit more work to make legendaries legit, iirc, you have to mess with some super-fun hex values. I don't know about the second part, though. I never even bother with checking pokemon found in game, but I use the legit checker for when I'm making pokemon. It's probably nothing to really think too much about. If someone were to check your game, they would see the shiny came about in a legit manner, so it's 100% legit. If you got it from PalPark and it was hacked (unbeknown to you) then it would probably raise a red flag.
  13. I tried making it myself while trying to make it pass the legit checker. So I guess I'll leave it up to someone who has a clue.I want this pokemon to be legit so I can use it in tournoments, so that's why I'm asking for a pro to have at it. I'm sure whoever picks it up can tell me what I did wrong when trying to make it legit. I'd just like the PKM file after you're done so I can see what I did wrong, and perhaps use the format done to make other legit non-hatched pokemon. It'd also be more useful to those who want a tri-attack togekiss without having to go through hours of lame gameplay/trading fuss to get the perfect togepi. =/
  14. There's nothing to really confirm. It is what it is. Using the pokesav to make a pokemon: Will most likely be seen as not legit, unless all the proper steps are taken to make it legit Using codes to manipulate the pokemon that appear: Will always be legit as far as the game is concerned. The game generates all the shiny types possible (which there's an almost infinite amount of possibilities per SID/ID). Hatched pokemon: If you put two parents in (even two non legit ones), you make them have eggs, then make it where all eggs are shiny - that pokemon will be legit. It's like the code above. You're just manipulating the game to generate its shiny pokemon.
  15. I tried a fresh type 1 and type 2 PID to see if it changed, and it didn't. I should've known this wouldn't be THAT east. >_<
