    Yeah. You're atually right, Lotion cuz there is such thing as a Notch-Eared Pichu. The difference of a regular Pichu and Notch-Eared Pichu is that the regular Pichu's ears are normal, but the Notch-Eared Pichu's ear is like spiked up, so yeah.
