    I don't know if you have found what you were looking for but I was actually looking for something similar and I found you could download the files by using the Wayback Machine. There were downloadable files listed December 6th 2016. The format is a little weird as it seems to have downloaded the file with the Wayback Machine UI but the trainer information is there. The Subway PWT viewer however seems to be completely lost but there are other methods of viewing PWTs and the Battle Subway (Like the Tournament Editor or BFME.)
