<p><p><p><p><p><p>To be honest, they're not all that great of battlers. And their tiers are not in correspondence with Smogon's. Scrafty is UU there, for example (though I wouldn't contest that).</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I did that Blastoise on OU twice: perma rain makes this beautiful, but so many Jellicents and stuff and things much over 78 base speed makes it really hard to pull off. I've only KOd 2 Pokemon on average with that Blastoise per battle: works well in UU but not as great in OU (what did you expect?)</p></p></p></p></p></p>

I click on random people and challenge them (I go by GeorgesSeurat or LePointillisme), and then there's people talking about rankings (both Fox and Lorshy mentions ratings to me). I must be noob, but I have no idea how to play a ranked battle?</p></p></p></p></p></p>
