Ive tried both ways of downloading JKSM, and neither one of them is actually making the app available. The cheats through Checkpoint only partially work too, am i missing something?

I dont understand why, but my save will not load. I followed the guide and i restored the save backup after i made it. Would anyone know another thing i can try? I even tried JKSM and for some reason that isnt working either.
