I transferred several gen 6 and 7 pok events with the pokebank but it seems that the poke transporter hasn't been installed and from what i know the use of cia files, for example of the poke transporter, pok yellow etc, would result in a ban.
Sorry about the transfer of celebi i meant that once I had done the soft resetting through Pokemon Crystal then I wanted to transfer everything to the Pokebank.
We can say that pkhex therefore does the same as the pokebank, it creates a random pid for the gen 2 pokemon, in the sense that even the pokebank by transferring a pokemon "creates" a random identification code (Pid/Ivs, Encryption constant), and therefore based on the moment will associate a different code with it?
By cloning a pokemon 10 times, then transferred with the poke transporter or pkhex every pokemon would have a different pid and shiny dunsparce gen 2 three segments would be impossible as there are very few shiny ones in gen 2, but I only thought this due to conflicting opinions online. While being totally random ivs, pid, encryption constant of a pokemon cloned in gen 2 may find itself becoming 3 segments once transferred to gen 7, but you will certainly know more about it than me
