hoping this is the right forum, but im attempting to edit super mystery dungeons files to make carbink evolve into diancie. it doesnt SOUND too far fetched, but im wondering if anyone has knowledge in editing this game? i already have the romfs folder (taken from my own 3ds) but im not sure where to go from here. so does anyone have any tips? how far along are we into PSMD modding knowledge? -
hi, i tried to add Shinx as a starter/partner pokemon, but after putting the CIA into my system and installing it on my 3ds, it just crashes when i open it. i did everything right i thought.

So I lost my copy of sword. Otherwise, I could get both myself. Unfortunately I can't now, and they're the only two pokemon in the home dex that I literally cannot get. If anyone has a copy of SwSh and the ability to gen pokemon, please help. I can trade via home or SV, and I'm not picky about stats or anything, as long as it passes the home checks. Id rather not get banned if possible. In fact I'd probably release them after this, if that's alright, I literally just need their entries in the dex. Please.
