    Hi! I am having a really weird issue when modding Pokemon Y that I have never had before. Whenever I change things with pk3DS, it always goes through on the program itself, and when I export there are no issues, nor are there when I launch the game. The issue lies in that non of the changes I make to pokemon spawn location (i.e. random encounters, starters, or gift pokemon) work. Everything else works: stat and type changes to pokemon, increases to trainer pokemon level, changes to trainer teams, evolution changes, and so on. It is just me messing with pokemon spawn locations that doesn't apply.
