I got it! It worked out! I unlocked my 3DS (the same one I played the game on before it corrupted), and then used SaveFL to delete the game's SecureValue, then it started working again. Thank you very much!

I did these processes on a hacked 2DS, but the save originally came from a 3DS that has never been hacked, all my attempts to recover the save were done on the 2DS and a PC. On the 2DS, I tried several things, including what is in the tutorials you sent, but nothing worked.
