    I know this is quiiiiite late but, you should try again now if you haven't lost interest in injecting clothes. PKHeX has made it easier to inject clothing items in Pokémon XY now, whereas you can now select clothing with a text option instead of a number value on an A-P grid. You can also change skin color as well, along with haircut/color with a text option!

    So I recently looked around the web for a decent "Pokemon XY Clothing/accessory injection guide" for PKHeX, but most of them seem outdated (using the A-P table method and not the current "Current Appearance (X/Y)" tab). I was wondering if anyone has an idea how to toggle things like mascara/blush on Serena or facial hair/cheeks for Calem on the newest PKHeX version? I'm having trouble figuring out the values these facial accessories should be, since they show up as a number instead of a text option like "Felt_Hat_Black".
