Any chance there's a code to modify Opelucid City in the US version of Pokemon Black?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's legitimate. Maybe it wasn't dumped right.

I'm trying to load my pokemon emerald save file in pkhex, although it gives me the error "Binary is not compatible with save." I dumped from a legitimate cart on my DS lite using gba backup tool v0.21. The save is 128 kb. POKEMON_EMER_BPEE00.sav
