When a shadow Pokémon gains exp/evs, those are stored in a separate value and rewarded to the Pokémon en masse once they are purified. Looking through the PKHeX source code, the location of the shadow exp seems to be known for colo and xd. But I can't find anything on shadow evs or moves to be learned upon purification (although the latter might not be stored per Pokémon and instead might just come from a lookup table).
Does anybody have any info/leads on this? I guess I could start digging around in a hex editor...
