<p><p><p><p><p>That is Noctowl's learnbase. Also if you are lucky (unlike me) you can get an Insomniac Noctowl... who will NOT fall asleep. But you will usually find it slowing you down... >.<</p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p>It is a cool Pokemon and all but not exactly meant for in-game... nor competitively. But in competitive battles I have actually been able to use it akin to a mini Blissey... and even walled Empoleon and Zapdos rather nicely (the latter though walled me in the end thanks to stupid Pressure, although Hypnosis can and will help). For a competitive Noctowl try breeding Night Shade to it.</p></p></p></p></p>
