<p><p><p><p><p>Yes I have. It learns too many physical attacks for an owl that needs special attacks though. And it learns Roost late on. Look in DPP discussion and find that topic about me beating the E4. You will see there.</p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p>Actually, Team Rocket focuses more on Poison types than Galactic, so Noctowl may work well. It also takes special hits rather nicely and Reflect helps against physical attacks. Hypnosis is also a great support move. Noctowl is a support Pokemon more so than offensive... but in-game usually favors offense so it depends on how you want to play.</p></p></p></p></p>
