Since I use LaunchBox, the absence of box art was kinda bugging me too. So I did something about it! I'm not an expert at Photoshop or anything, but 'ave a look. Depends how many, and your ability/attachment to the old data. Probably easier for you to just remake whichever ones you care about; the encounter database in PKHeX can help you with starting values.
