Searching for Clones only returns the clones that remain in the search results. It iterates through all of them, and if the program has seen the details already, it flags it. If you're searching multiple sources (save files AND box data), then it'll still return the multiple occurrences (ignoring the first one it sees), not ALL that are cloned from each other. Turn off searching savedata and backups.1 point
