No offence but you're not going to release Black/White before it's released. It's not that far off now and it takes a very long time to make a completely fresh hack

Because I Have Decided That since Black and white are so close to being released im going To Use the Isshu Region But no 5th Gen Pokemon

and Put It Like An RPG Mission Type Game Hack

Ok. I have downloaded it yesterday. To tell you the truth, I really do not like IPS Files.

You should create a Zip File of it instead of an IPS File.

I mean that whenever I use an IPS File, I have to patch it to a Clean Emerald Rom which I do not like doing because it takes to much time, but I can not use the Rom due to my PC. I need to have Windows 20 or higher, but I only have Windows 98 with no Internet. So I can not use any of my Hacking Tools until 8/30/10.
