There is no such thing as an Legit/Legal Movie 12 Arceus. I've edited your post to notify this before you start trading it and to prevent you from going on the blacklist.

In addition, there's no way to legally get Aqua Jet and Belly Drum on the same Marill. You're free to trade for hacks here, but just thought I'd let you know.
