Question about odd connection problem

I tried forwarding ports 53 and 80 and canyouseeme.com show that 80 is unblocked but is giving me a connection time out when I try and check 53.

Not the point though. (or it may be the reason this is happening.)

When I test my connection through the DS settings it connects to my PC and everything shows up on HyperGTS. When I go in game however, my DS says it is unable to find a valid access point. Any idea what's going on there?

is this your own router? and did you connect your cables correctly with your modem? Plus if these dont work call your router support and dont tel lthe myou want to use hyper gts tell the m i cant open or something. And remember to disable any instant messenger when you do this.

Okay, you might have done this, but the reason it didnt work for me at first is because I didn't save my internet settings on the DS after i entered the DNS information.

If you did that right, and you're SURE port 53 is forwarded, then I dont know what to tell you.
