Just to confirm with somethings with I checked through my list my pokemon from my Sapphire/Emerald

1. Irregardless of Shinyness, so long a caught in 3rd gen wild pokemon is rated "Normal D/P or GBA", it should be legal right?

2. Hatched pokemon: All my hatched lvl5 eggs were Unknown GBA Type, these were legal and "uncheckable" right?

3. So long I can use the pokemon in PBR, it already passed the surface legal check done by PBR?

Which pokemon will be classified under "Non-Event NDS/GBA"?

Thanks.

One interesting to note about this shiny, is this considered legal? The pokesav (Ver D/P) does not generate this PID though when click PID/IV button.

As far as i know;

1- yes.

2- that´s also normal of course if they are legit.

3- That means theyre aproved.

About the Non-Events pkmns i think they stand for the same it says non-event if i dont bad recall but someone will answer that one for me as i dont remember right now, anyway its not so frequently use (thats why i forgot xD).

As for the shiny it depends on which pokemon it is, but if its a non-legend one it maybe possible :D
