Can't open my test file!?

I just downloaded pokesav i created a test file just goofing off. Then created a test file and saved it to my desktop. Then i tried to open it but it said i needed a progam to open it now what do i have to down load to open it?????:confused:

I sounds like he opened the pokesav program, made some edit, and then tryed to save that file and open it. I dont think pokesav can be used to create the files. You need to load a sav file that was already created from the game its self and then edit it.
