Shiny Oddish, hack or not?

Just wondering if the following is hacked. Hopefully someone can help =)

BTW it's a Shiny Oddish. I'd also would love if someone could direct me to where I can better understand whether or not a Pokemon is hacked. I'm pretty good at it as far as basics go but as far as PID goes I really get confused sometimes.

The pokemon doesnt look hack in legal.exe, everything seems valid, you have to remember that in pokemon diamond/pearl the only important hex value is 85h.

Egg hatched 85h: 00

So it is ok!!!

Ya but the PID doesn't correspond with the Pokemon's IVs let alone that it's shiny.

It's a hatched pokémon, so PID doesn't matter in terms of it passing Legal. However, you're right, the PID doesn't match up to its IVs. I changed it into a caught pokémon and it failed Legal.
