HGSS Zapdos 85h value?

Anyone have this information? It's not clear to me whether it's 00, 02, or 09.

the 85th value does not apply to HG or SS only to Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum

I'm pretty sure the 85h Value does apply to HG/SS; Lugia's is 07, Ho-Oh's is 09

it clearly states 85th Value is for Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum

Check the later pages; the last page in particular; There is a long post about how HGSS also uses 85h values, as well as the values for a few pokemon.

well i have made three Zapdos without the use of the 85th value they all came out legal

Legal.exe doesn't check those values, I don't think. It also doesn't check abilities, ect. It checks PID/IV, gender, EVs, all that jazz.

i was able to trade them on the GTS which proves that they are legal because if they weren't legal then they could not have been traded

Alright, I think I've figured it out.

Zapdos happens to have an 85h of 00 ;-p. Strange, since Mewtwo/the others don't, and he's not an event pokemon, but that's the solution.
