Lost my childhood save.. any help?

Hello Everyone,

I have tried backing up my childhood Red save with FlashGBX so I could change the battery and it removed my save from my cartridge and left me with a file that hasn't worked.  I have tried to load it back on my cartridge and nothing is there.  It also won't load on an emulator.  Both want to start a new game.  PKHEX will not read this sav file and says it is invalid.  Can someone see my childhood save can be resurrected?  It would be appreciated more than anything...

Bad dump. Open it in a hex editor and see that it's just the same data repeating.

Gone forever; shouldn't have restored a non-working file.

If you never have replaced the battery before now, it was likely already corrupt. The internal CR2032 coin‑cell keeps the SRAM save data alive; after ~30 years, it surely has run out of power.

Thank you.  I will replace the battery.  I backed up both my yellow and red and yellow worked just fine.  Red had this issue.  Rwxcart removed the save from both when backing up.  I had no issues reloading the save back to yellow.
