I need assistance with my emulator and trying to add pokemon into my boxes. I cannot use PkHeX

Hello, I am completely new to Roms, Editing, basically all this info.

I am using a Galaxy S24 Ultra and Citra, Azahar, Azahar+ and Lemuroid as emulators and I'm trying to add these pokemon into my game.

 

I tried downloading PkHeX but its not accessible on my Chromebook. Could someone assist me with an file or upload where I can just copy the folder into my emulator or roms folder. (If that makes sense)

 

I just want to add these pokemon into my game.. lol

Hmmm, are you able to add them onto your own retail cart? It might be easier that way.
