Leaf Green Save File Has Been Deleted

I just got my full shiny team on an authentic leaf green and one day when booting up I just got the message that the save file has been deleted. I bought an epilogue gb operator to see if there was anything I could do. Im not tech saavy but i downloaded whatever save file gb operator would allow. I put it into a hex editor and got this screenshot. Is my save file gone forever or can it be edited and saved?

Try opening the save file in PKHeX, and try running it through the gen3 fixer

The save file wont open on PKHeX unfortunately.
