Colosseum bonus disc shiny jirachi

I’m emulating sapphire and the bonus disc on dolphin and I know that loading a save state and claiming jirachi will always give me the same one but if I load the save state then save the game normally, close and reopen the game does it change the seed I’m on effectively allowing me to hunt the shiny the same way the save corruption method works where I don’t have to replay through the whole opening sequence to get the Pokédex each time before I check for a new shiny?

WISHMKR Jirachi uses the block0 checksum of the Gen3 cartridge save file.

If it's the same exact save file, you get the same exact checksum, and thus the same exact Jirachi.
