Needing Help with Batch editor

I need help with the batch editor and removing the HT on all pokemon in the boxes and only having my personal OT with my TID and SID alongside with the region and subregion of my 3ds

Use the drop down menus within the editor. I promise it's not hard to find the properties you are looking to apply.

But even if i use the drop down menu it still ignores every file which is the part that confuses me and which is the reason i need help

You'd need to share the exact script you're trying to run. 

For troubleshooting, it's beneficial to try one line at a time to see your changes stick.

Refer to the batch editing guide, and use the current-value indicator to see what value the currently loaded pkm has for a given property.
