Corrupted Red Save File

Hi All 

Recently, I started a project where I wanted to do a complete national living dex for every game on original hardware doing it as legit as possible (mythicals would obviously be hacked or glitched). Anyway, I recently looked at my Red save file and it is completely gone. I had made a backup (I thought) but when I try and write to my cartridge it won't work. When I opened it up with PKHeX it says the file is corrupted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My blue and yellow save work absolutely fine as does my Sapphire (that's how far I've got through the project) but the red which is the only cartridge that no longer has a save file...has for some reason completely disappeared. Hoping I do not have to play through it all again.

Looks like a ton of data is missing (partial/incorrect dump). After forcing it to load, only a few box/party slots load. Not sure how much you'd want to try and recover.

I would just accept it as a loss because you'd need to fabricate practically everything.
