Unlock All Coaches doesn't work in S/V?

I just finished the post game and hate the classes aspect so i dont want to have to go through that to unlock the coaches. However when i'm clicking unlock all coaches in pkhex and exporting the save, everyone but the gymleaders, and nemona, arven, penny, are still locked. What am i doing wrong?

PKHeX unlocks the HUD for the 15 with requirements.

The cheat button doesn't do much more than unlock the HUD flags; it has not been researched on how to modify the save file to change all the other properties in the save blocks required, such as:

set at least 8 coaches to an interaction progress value of 8
set every teacher's close bond event flag (undocumented)

The "DLC progress" is ^, and is up to you to complete. The Unlock All is just a shortcut once you've completed enough of the Blueberry interactions to jump to unlock the rest.
