trying to recover my Pokemon Ruby sav file

Hey yall, i found my ruby sav file but it doesn't load. Can anyone help me recover my childhood pokemon? or tell me what they see in the file?

from me (not a pro), but i opened even on a hex editor and the file is completely empty, nothing is written in the file, so probably a corrupted file and nothing could be done.

But in any case wait that some one with more knowledge can potentially help you, i know your frustration about losing your old childhood save and all the the little Pokemon that you had and could be brought back, but this file is completely corrupted (this file is like a empty notepad).

Correct, PKHeX tells you the save file is empty if you try to load it:

Not a valid save file dump.
