Pokemon emulated to pokemon home

I'm a new Switch user here. I've been playing various Pokémon games on an emulator on my computer, but I finally got the chance to get a Switch. My question is:

How can I transfer all my save data and Pokémon to the Switch (and HOME)? If anyone could walk me through this process in as much detail as possible, I'd really appreciate it.

This is my first post, so I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask my question. Please forgive me if I’m in the wrong section. Thanks in advance!

I mean, how did you transfer your game into your PC at the first place?

It had to be via CFW. In saves case, use CFW + JKSV.

To be clear, you do have CFW, right?
