Legends Z-A "Other" Tab Questions

Please excuse the potato quality images.

Looking for a little clarity on these sections because I can't seem to find proper answers anywhere online.

I understand the Shiny Box shows the shinies that have generated but it's telling me that the Encounter Type is "Invalid".

is the shiny legit/ where is it trying to tell me where it is?

This second one is a lot more confusing.

What exactly does the Scripted box mean?

There is a Raichu, telling me that the Encounter Type is a standard encounter in Wild Zone 3. I go there and it is only the usual 3 Pikachu like normal. Does this Raichu actually exist somewhere or not?

 

Any help or I sight that can be given would be greatly appreciated!

1. it's somewhere on the map, but it hasn't been captured yet so it has no location value set. 

 

2. Alola, Raichu - Side Missions - Pokémon Legends: Z-A - the game remembers what you gave her in the scripted event.
