Binary is not compatible with save file. Emerald

Hello everyone i have been trying to get my pkhex working with my emerald save file and i cannot figure out the problem.
I have read through some posts in this forum and the most common response was "save your game ingame and dont use the emulator" which kinda stumps me since that is how ive been saving my game .
Been playing on mGBA on my Wii and i tried saving with mGBA on my PC just to have the same result.

Your save opens without any problems. Make sure you are using the latest release.
