Legends Arceus Event Flags

Is there a way to trigger any game event flags? I started a new save to get the legendaries out and into home for a game legendary living dex.  But since i havent done anything in the game besides get the pokedex, i cant transfer out dialga or palkia.  I even changed the Merrit Points and Rank to match my completed game and checked the "Solitude Complete" box in the pokedex and that didnt seem to make a difference.

Undocumented. You can access every flag via the Block Data editor, but if the flag you're looking for is inside a larger structure/object, then you'd have to reverse engineer and figure out what you need to do it.

Since 99% of the time you have to naturally unlock something in order to see how it is unlocked by the save data, it is never really worth documenting. Just play the game.
