Servia Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I have been playing some pokemon games in japanese on emulator. The emulator I have been using is mGBA. Every time I try to import my japanese crystal save data into pkhex I keep getting this error: I don't know why it's giving me this error. I assume it has something to do with the file size or region differences because it will accept an english sav just fine. I would appreciate any help on this issue. I have one more question though. I also like to transfer my saves between mgba on my pc and retroarch on my steamdeck. is there any way to merge the rtc and srm files? Simply converting the srm into a sav file results in the same error, for what I assume are reasons related to how it doesn't contain the rtc hex data.
Kaphotics Posted 32 minutes ago Posted 32 minutes ago Different emulators store the RTC data at the end of the save file differently. PKHeX does not do any conversion between emulator save files. Try finding a converter online, or refer to the emulator documentation online.
