Unlocking the battle box in my US save

Wasn't sure whether to post this in this forum or in Saves - Editing Help, sorry.

I recently decided to boot up Ultra Sun on a whim after not touching it for nearly seven years and discovered that one of my battle boxes - which the majority of my main team is registered to - is locked. To the best of my knowledge, with the 3DS servers now shut down it is impossible to unlock battle boxes ingame.

I've come across this topic from nine years ago and know that I can set the Pokemon to unlocked slots with PKHeX, though it doesn't resolve the issue of the locked slots - even with Gen VII and its online competitions being ancient history, there is no way to unlock the slots manually using PKHeX - and I don't know what programs (if any) can be used to accomplish that.

My Ultra Sun save file is attached in the event that anyone knows how to unlock the battle box and/or the slots allocated to it and is willing to do so for me; it'd be greatly appreciated.
