Discord ban question

Hi, I believe I have been banned from the discord for asking a question that was flag as rule 4 piracy. Which is totally my fault and I am not questioning this.

That said, it was my first message and I was just outright banned, no warnings, and I couldn't find information if the bank is temporary or permanent (I found the section on forum banes here, but they mention a point system which I believe is not the case on discord, since I got insta banned).

So, my question is how long is the ban, and if there is anything I need to todo to reapply for the server or if I just have to wait now.
