mega stones missing in satchel

I've Given myself all the mega stones, I did this before even getting my first one in game. Is this the reason I don't have them in my satchel? I can bypass by giving pokemon the stone to hold using pkhex. My question is does anyone know how I can fix this to make them appear in my satchel.. Yes I know I should of kept a save of my game before using pk hex. I did, I'm just to far in the game now to go back and loose hours of gameplay.

Just a few questions for clarity:

did you edit items correctly? (To test, add some other item to satchel) [asking cause I was able to do it one PKHeX version prior]

are you at the correct version update of the game? (What mega stones were you trying to add, etc)

I have added all Pokeballs, All TMS and all items, i was also able to give myself Max money only thing im having a problem with what im seeing is the Mega stones not appearing in my satchel, and every once in a while some things dont load properly in the game they glitch in and out. 

 

this is a copy of my main game file tho, it is version 1.0.0 you think maybe that can be the cause? 

 

also, at first i was trying to give myself all of the mega stones like i did with all other items in my satchel... but than i just tried to give myself mega stones for the pokemon i had in my party (charizard, mewtwo etc)

 

ive attached a picture if that helps somewhat. i just updated PKHex so it no longer says new up date avaliable, i also updated my game to 1.0.2 and still no luck Also, i appreciate any and all help i understand anytime invested is trully helping and a learning experience for me and for that i truly am thankful

So, there’s a thing with clothing, where unlocking the flag isn’t enough, you’ve got to visit the shops that sell them too, for them to show up in game. While I don’t expect this to be the case (I’ve set mega stones into my bag before), maybe there’s something similar. Visit the Stome Emporium and Quasartico, then check your bag.

How can I find out if the event flag is checked? because I tried going to emporium as I thought the same thing and I just keep spending without receiving. when you said even flags I remember you can check and uncheck them where it says event, work, quest etc. I'm thinking maybe it isn't actually checked on there.

I've Updated to 2.0.0 and have the DLC now and tried Emporium again, still no luck. Only thing I can think of at this point is the event flags, but I have no way to compare with my save.
