Pokémon Legends ZA - Corrupt Save File (?)

I'm not sure what has happened exactly, but for some reason my files are considered corrupted after doing a mass trade session from my Switch 1 to Switch 2 copy of Pokémon Legends ZA.

I can confirm when saving or restoring from JKSV it works as intended, but I'm just not able to use these files on PKHeX. If I am able to DM one of the moderators to check my save files, I would be truly grateful.
